Why does anyone have to stick out their neck? VGREF is producing pellets and they say they have a customer. Wasn't producing the product the key......as I said? If the company can profit, why do they need someone else to stick out their neck?
If a need exist, you fill it. You don't go to a power company that is struggling for feedstock and say..........
