Please if you have important loans and
a reverse split depends on them and
the future of the company depends on these loans,
no one would gamble with a voting.
Because you dont know how it ends!
If the loans have something to do with the reverse
split he would not make a voting.
I think a little reality would be good for
the WGAS board.
