VSPC is not a scam, it's a bad investment......period!

They have disclosed how worthless the sub license is. I have said it over and over.

They have demonstrated no real company wants the grass, that is why they keep signing MOU's with companies that actually have no operations.

General Biofuels was said to have operations in Canada. Their website claims they have a plant in Terrace, yet the local newspaper uncovered the truth. THAT IS A SCAM, if there is one. When I got the email from the reporter, I forwarded it to Karl and Ruby, yet Karl once again PR'd they had an agreement with General Biofuels.

Seema has no operations......neither does Tibbar as it relates to energy. These are concepts and that's all.

It is legal to sell an idea in the public markets. Some ideas are better than others. You don't have to have revenues or even a product. The SEC doesn't prosecute failure........NOR SHOULD THEY!

If you want to put your money into VSPC, have at it......so will I. You can go long and I can trade/flip or go short. I have no problem with you investing as you wish.

Please note that some want the OTC shut down........not me. They would call VSPC a scam, but I never have, though the General Biofuels thing is very very misleading and Karl never "manned-up" even after he knew about Ruby's lies.

My question to Jan this past summer was specific to the earlier PR about the pellet machine(s) being installed. They were suppose to be operational in May. That was why I called.

Regardless, they were going to produce pellets years ago.........

From Nov. 2009 ~ 3 years ago this month!

VIASPACE now has 250 acres under cultivation, and is in negotiations to acquire substantially more land. The current acreage is expected to support immediate needs for prototypes, demonstrations to potential customers and joint venture partners, and initial demand for products, such as energy pellets. Over the next several quarters, the acreage will also serve as a nursery and source of seedlings for planting on additional land.

Due to the fast-growing nature of Giant King Grass and the Company's plans to propagate seedlings that could result in geometric increases in plantings, VIASPACE believes it can support the development of up to 25,000 planted acres. Included in this plan are potential projects for 2010 involving 5,000 acres that would be projected to annually produce 200,000 tons of Giant King Grass pellets, which could be sold for $20 million.

That is why I don't see VSPC as a good long term play. Over and over Karl keeps saying the same thing, yet nothing ever comes to pass. How many tests have been done? How many customers have they talked with?

In 2008 he says they will get $20MM in revenues in 2009 and 2010. Then in 2009 he talks about other deals totaling another $20MM. With $40MM projected and less than $40K received for this miracle grass, I think Karl has some serious explaining to do. How can the HIGHEST YIELDING BIOMASS CROP ON EARTH not sell, even with a bad salesman? Especially with this HUGE demand that is suppose to exist.....

A scam would be VSPC claiming they sold $20MM in grass, when they did not. Cooking the books/inflating the numbers is a scam or fraud. There are some that would call VSPC a scam because of the current market cap.

Please refrain from saying I called VSPC a scam.

Thanks
