Best thing u can do is take a look at this site and past posts. Go back to august. Anything before May of 2012 does not count. The company has changed hands, old CEO ripped it off and ran into the ground. At one point years ago it was considered a really great stock. In may this year DR. K took over and is turning it around, has filings from years ago t ocomplete, get web site in order, and add contracts. But the software apparently works, read T-masters posts. Many here r din for the long haul as we have talked to the CEO, he will anwser you if you email, then call.

I just keep adding as much as possible, but I got in at .0075, then took out my original investment, so now playing with free money. But in another acct. I am buying. TD ameritrade wont allow u to buy, but etrade will. There is NO DTC CHILL but TD lists it as such.

Good LUck

Don't base anything off the 2011 revenue. I can't remember, but it's minimal at best. Potential is the word here, but not like the potential common in pennyland. Go to Ants website and read the old blog, going back a few years. Search Ants in combination with IBM, Sybase and others. It will soon become clear that this was/is a very real product. What happened? Well, as the ACS started making it's way into the marketplace, shareholders became aware that something wasn't right. Companies were signing on with the product in small implementations and test runs, but we heard of some software issues that needed attention. Then....silence. Late in that game there was a press release that Southern California Edison was using the product(and Frank says they still are, but we are receiving no revenue) but then again...silence, until it became apparent that Ants(cash strapped) was trying to sell itself. Thank heavens that didn't go through, and next in steps Frank who apparently had previously gone on a few sales calls with Joe at the behest of a personal friend. The way Frank tells it, there was finger pointing between Ants and IBM in regards to the problems, and you don't do that with IBM. Frank wasn't there, he is getting this from people who were. Well this type of problem is right up Franks alley(check his resume), and he re-designs the ACS, designated the AAA, that so far(the working version is not yet complete) has ignited no small amount of interest as well as convinced a very successful database salesman to sign on. This story is far from over.

Good eye Emeka. First, No SCAM here. NO PROMO. NO PUMPERS.

ANTS been around for 15 years with the same product from the beginning. We are a software company focusing on database migration business. Although, our new CEO who owns a couple of Private companies has licensed all of his IP product to ANTS to help generate more revenue as was the case in the last PR with a $7M dollar contract. We also have a licensing agreement with IBM and Sybase, who is now own by SAP, for our early ACS software.

The early ACS, replaced ANTS profitable product called ADS due to the disruptive nature of the early ACS and the prospect of huge revenues. It was suppose to be able to handle more complex database migration, however the previous management could not execute on time and simply ran out of funding due to high expense from engineers and management high profile salaries.

Now the NEW ANTS with new leadership under Katzmaunn and Sanchez, is a much focus and mission oriented type of a company. We have the new ACS Advance Architecture (AAA), which is (IMO), completely re-written and much better than the early ACS software.

We are awaiting an update from our CEO regarding the new ACS AAA. From his previous PR's, a lot of companies are also waiting to see how successful the new ACS. Apparently a lot of companies are waiting to sign in with the new product. This means BIG DOLLARS to the company and its shareholders.

If you decide to invest with ANTS, keep in mind that this is a turnaround play. Legit company with a brighter future than the old ANTS. We are proud LONG TERM investors here and we welcome anyone who wants to participate in this epic journey. Lots of future millionaires here. Please check out ants.com and check the CEO corner. That should tell you what is happening with ANTS and you will see why we love this company.

GO ANTS.
