There is no doubt that this is an extremely bullish technical set-up. I think the measured move takes it to .025 with a test of .03 soon thereafter.

Fundamentally things are looking very very strong as well.

This should be a nice run.

Actually it's not at a 2 year high......

VSPC .015Nice Cup and Handle breakout now on Golden cross at two year High this week.

It hit .0189 in 2011 on the LTFGO (let the flood gates open) promo. Of course the flood gates never open even though the company said they were soooooooo close signing several deals.

See the chart you posted, it shows the 2011 highs. The longs were pre_dicting .05-.10 then as well. They were also pre_dicting several contracts by the end of the year.
