Ok. Is their any stock in the world without dilution? Company has legal right to dilute all the A/S.
If you believe MJNA did not dilute the share then you can find easily MJNA Increased from 300M to 600M A/S and they diluted all the new increased A/S. MJNA has near 600M O/S now.

No argument that MJNA doesn't have better products, but MJNA also DOES carry more risk. For example, in the event of a more severe crackdown by the FED, MJNA stands to lose much more because, by the letter of the law, MJNA is distributing a Schedule 1 controlled substance. I'm not saying that I agree with the scheduling or any of the marijuana prohibition bs, just that MJNA has more to lose, in that regard.
