I have NOT mentioned t/a a lot I have mentioned it twice in reference to alpha investor. I don't feel t/a is very valuable in reference to OTC stocks, but if someone presents t/a that seems to be the exact downward spiral of the stock than who am I to argue. This stock has many more problems than just charts. Their financials are absolutely horrible their holdings financials are horrible. The African initiative is just that an initiative with no income and their only last chance of squeezing more money out "Wise investors" is to hang this failed merger over their heads in hopes people will dump more hard earned money into this. Check out that near bankrupt dental company, dental company??? Or that home building company, huh?? Ticker: UDHI check it out. This is a horrible stock and a horrible investment and its just sad that people lose their money in such an obvious and bad joke.
