I agree with you except, i would think if really big news was coming, management would be busting at the seams to talk about it( at least a LOI) in a pr. But it has been dead silent. I WAS optimistic about the trillicorpe merger, but after doing more dd i am not quite so optimistic about it working out. Also, while i do believe the Africa initiative is a big deal, i do not think it is profitable especially from governments that have a gdp of a small us city. Also, as others have mentioned, a lot of their holdings are not doing so great. And if mr chavis cared about his shareholders at all, i think he would try to at least say Something to scare the shorts(which i don't think is causing the pps decrease) and help his loyal (and i emphasize thatt) shareholders.jmho
