Well, that post could not be more misleading. According to the BK filings and the quote it clearly says...
"following the satisfaction by the Company and Hunter Drilling" which means they came with all the cash required (detailed in the BK filings) and then goes on to say.."the Trustee returned the $250,000 deposit." Clearly cash was not a problem as mentioned.

Unfortunately it has been misrepreseted that "CASH" was a problem. Clearly all conditions were met and now the $250,000 paid in has been returned. The BK filing CLEARLY states why the agreement was terminated by Hunter.
