OS has over 2 billion shares, and one has to assume they are all in the float. Takes a lot of buying to move this a tick.

at this price point sometimes it takes awhile to break the shares offered at the ask...then with each
uptick it gets thinner and price moves easier...it's the initial push that's the hard part...it's coming!!!

Because the company or whomever they sold convertible notes to,just dumped over 200 million shares last week,mostly at .0001.
So,whomever would like .0002's....there's plenty available!
