There are stringent minimum requirements that a company must satisfy before they could apply for an upgrade to NASDAQ, let alone seek listing on an exchange. This company in its present state of capitalization, imo, will NEVER meet them. I think before considering the possibility of a change of listing, there are more immediate and pressing concerns of management ie. paying next months rent. GLTU.
