Most likely if there is spoilage, there would be insurance in place for this, also business interruption insurance for down time. It's reported that the claims for "business interruption" alone could be as high as $30Billion.
They spent quite a bit of time on the freezer room, hopefully with good insulation a day or a few won't cause too much spoilage. I'm more worried about the equipment they've obtained over the past year.
