I don't think anybody is claiming a no action letter yet. It takes a little more time than a month to get this, it will probably take another 2 months. So don't expect it tomorrow, but yes its coming.

The only thing that you will see coming from the SEC in the coming months will be:


1. Notice of Revocation

and

2. Securities fraud charges against GTGP, its officers/directors, nominee accounts, consultants, related parties and a few promoters.

How do you know it is coming. Need more than opinion on this. Otherwise, it's just a guess. No action letters are exceedingly rare. No evidence that GTGP will receive one.
