Precedent has already been set in Fresno California regarding ETrade's inability to satisfy a client's request for his electronic shares to be converted, and delivered to him in physical form.

You're very welcome, but I'm not concerned one bit. Just pointing out factual law.

Again, no one can get certificates anymore. FFGO/NMGL are revoked and doesn't have a Transfer Agent.

Proof from the SEC..

"if a company does not have a transfer agent, investors are unable to receive or transfer their stock certificates."
