Repeating the something falsehood over and over does not change the fact it is just that- not true. There is no proof of any non toxic funding or merger news. It is simply another fairy tale promoted to induce people to buy the stock.

IMDS clearly sated in their 10K this month they have only the current toxic funding as their source of funds. IMDS has not disclosed any past, current, or future buyout, merger, or other material change in ownership which would be required to be reported.

Can you offer ANY plausible mechanism by which ANY of your claims of funding or merger take place?

Who would be intersted and why?

How would the shareholders be affected?

Any scenario I see includes the shareholders WIPED OUT!

You never mention the affects on them when making your claims.
