At this point TAGG will open very high when the market finally reopens. Long periods of market closing historically builds up buying tension and anticipation. So realistically the best time to buy back would be as early as possible next market open day.
Ride the wave, sell when it gets too high and rebuy after the inevitable dip. Rinse and repeat.
