If you're concerned about the small amount of shares sold, relative to the shares they still own, then you should look at the number of shares sold by google insiders. I would cut and paste them but I don't think this page is long enough to hold them.
This link only shows the past couple months, if you want to see more then click the "show all 10000 records link" at the bottom of the page.
I don't believe insider sales by either side are any indication of how they feel about what the trial outcome will be, but you can see the difference between vrng and goog pretty easily.
