Fourcents, Interesting projection! But a few questions....
Why are FnF selling MBS assets to Fed?
Are these mortgages performing mortgages or bad mortgages, or mix?
Why is the Fed passing profits to Treasury?
So the taxpayer (used lightly) is recieving the excess Fed profits from Sale of MBS?
FnF are paying the interest due on the MBS securities to the Investor?
Since Fed purchased and sold MBS from FnF, why shouldn't the FED pay the interest to the investor from the profits?
Add to the piracy, FnF paid a 10% dividend and now paying variable dividend equal to all the profits to be swept to the Treasury.
