Well I dont personally think it takes a pattern in the charts to say something will happen.
You tend to look back on charts and say if it went up in November 3 years in a row it will probably happen again.
I say the 1st time of those 3 times it happened there was not 3 in a row to support it and it happened.

There is always a first. But instead of showing you a chart where tax selling is an issue I think it would just be better to let your words speak for them selves and just lets say that this year you dont want to see a tax write off sell....

Considering it is end of the year, I would disagree with you in that there may be some who wish to take their tax loss, possibly to offset gains they have in other stocks....Perhaps they will then wait 31 days and buy SRSR back (to avoid a "Wash Sale"). They would in all liklihood hit the bid to be sure of getting the sale.

Tax selling happens.
SRSR is on a year that is showing almost a 4 year low.
The "big news" was delayed till next year.
Most people are in the red.
We know we can reload in time for the deal

Show me where any of that has happened at tax season and I think you will see what I mean. December hasnt had much in the way of tax write offs here... Why?? because there is always something that seems to pop the price in December.

In 2009 we didnt need anything there was no losers and everyone was going to be "rich in 6 months".
In 2010 is was a msg board group that pumped this at EOY.
In 2011 it was the Spin out that never happened.
In 2012 ???

My guess is we will get some news after Nov 30 that will encourage buying probably another "Spin out soon".
The Tax write off season is not in December. It is in Nov now because of the 30 day rule. People will sell up till December and begin buying again before the EOY so that next year they either have long term gains or another write off. Looking at it that way there seems to be no shortage of red Novembers on the charts

IYO it wont happen cause it never has.
IMO It could happen because of the situation that SRSR has itself in this year.

We will see soon enough
