Quite right, OLE CHAPPIER...PP Investors were lied to also..maybe even moreso than the open market buyers. And those extra lies were not always openly published.
Point is, LIES and DECEIT were used to persuade people to buy...but you know that of course. Some call that SCAMMING...others FRAUD.
