If STP has released all results of Phase I thru ERHC, why do we get reports JDA is pissed at SNP for not releasing data?

I am not questioning your statement as I find that also true but then why would JDA act as though they are in the dark? Are they just saying they are in the dark as to SNP plans and not to the Phase I results?

Either communication is terrible from SNP or JDA or both.
