I also missed the 9 storms.

They are nick naming this one "frankenstorm".

I spoke to a friend who works at the utility company and he said to prepare for power outages for at least a week.

I wonder if this will affect the elections.

I may have to get an absentee ballot just in case.

Those other storms all developed in the Atlantic and either fizzled out or were taken swiftly out to sea.
