Doesn't the new design take two rotary kilns per machine, one for pre-melt, and one for reactor?
I'd guess the latest kiln is the second half of machine #3, which is actually replacing machine #1, which was scrapped, in light of all of the above.
But it should be a good day for sheep shearing in any event.
