What i think is happening is they came out and stated an additional strategy to outright sell these units to end users because interested parties who have money and the abilities to secure Gov. grants for green energy dont want to share the profits with GDTK.
There is a possibility that this decision to outright sell the units to end users is in response to a predetermined buyer of 1 or more units. If this is the case, it would explain the rise in share price due to buying pressure by insiders privy to future sale of unit(s).
If I am right, The price will continue to rise and the interested parties will continue to accumulate until this stock becomes a hot stock in the market. At this time, GDTK will announce a deal to sell multiple units over a period of years to a named buyer that has a good reputation. This will cause an additional increase and interest in the stock and we will see the price per share move toward the dollar value.
This will allow both the buyer and Bo to sell into the rise and secure gobbs of money.
In the end, the deal may proceed or we will get silence until the share price is worthless again.
