pennstreet: Let me share a little more of my personal history of buying this stock with you. Please don't think I am just a sore looser. It's just a history lesson.
loch/cexi always hits a bump before the slump. Just wait a day or two. The reason it has not gone down is no one is buying. JMHO.
I know this is the new cexid. Or it could be the same merry-go-round that never goes up when you buy. Always goes down and stays there after the buy.
If you don't believe me. Just buy some and see for yourself. If you can't. Have a good friend to buy it. A good starting point is a purchase of 5,000 to 25,000 shares or more and hold it a few days. You can always add shares latter. To make more or To average down for the loss.
Keep in mind that you may not get this money back. Or loose more than you can afford to.
I have never seen a rise in pps. every time I bought this stock and held it a few days while trying to average down. From the first buy of April of 2000 @ .78 cents when it was loch. Until my last and final buy of CEXI @.27 cents some months or year or more ago. Witch puts me @ $17.30 per share. I made an error of .12 cents per share in a few post back.
WOW I almost forget about those R/S.
I never was good in math or English or spelling but a much worse trader in this stock. I was good in history and had a good memory and made a good grade.
Witch brings me to my point.
IMO. It is nothing more than a rat hole that you can't put enough sand in. To keep a decent average hoping to sell at a profit in a few days or months or years.
Isn't that the point of investing your money. Or did I miss the point altogether? I also do that sometimes. I never said I am bright either.
Except for that last scrubbing I got on CDEX.
Please prove me wrong. I hate to be wrong about anything. Especially loosing lots of money. Thank God I have not lost friends. Because I never advised them to buy it. LOL. Of course I have not bought cexid as of yet and could be very wrong.

P.S. If you do buy this and loose. I will tell you. I told you so and be sad for you. If you gain I will say that's great and be glad for you.
Then I may have a new inspiration. To come out of my shell and buy some myself. LOL. all the way to the bank with my new investment money for deposit.
Of course I'll have to do the math again. To see how much loss there is. To get my new average. So I can buy some more. To loose some more. To buy some more. WOW what a great mery-go-round!!!!!!!!!!!! ZOOMMMMM>>>>>>HEREEEEEEEEE we GOOOOOOOCDEXXXXXXXXXXX>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.......
