Yes Joe, you would be the best moderator. You don't wield your power by threatening to ignore or delete, like some of the children who don't play well with others. You know the rules and abide, like the Dude. I want to read about fat Fannie and her smarter little brother Freddie, not who likes who and the other silliness we've seen. We are surely entering the endgame, and relevant info will turn from a trickle to a flood in all probability, and we need strong, steady hands on the tiller - from where I sit that is you.

It will all seem silly two weeks from now.

But, note the our preferreds went down 70% on August 17th, 2012 as a result of (in my view) a minunderstanding about actions taken by Tsy and FHFA.

It will all get sorted out soon, buy and hold, hope and dream.
