the question is will they be audited with an accountant firm when they come out or not?

a real 10 q would be huge imo. i mean not under the OTC Disclosure & News Service i mean when they filling maybe under SEC Filings
with form 10 or without theres no diffrent they can fill without i think form 10 can be later also maybe when they really want to do that.http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/KMAG/filings

just my last hopes here...however so long they are in grey market the trading will be show ugly in my opinion it will be only better when they come out of this imo. have jeff reid the power to come out of this?
