Point made, these things overlooked reflects detrimentally in the investors view, regarding the "general" public, they won't even notice that... still, you have a point.

ummmmm, if that is the case, there would be a lot of distributors/mfg. that would have issues - way before BBDA ever does. These ingredients have been used quite sometime now.
