If Nova is a corporation, it should be registered in some state?
All we have to do is find out which state and then we can see the owners. Either it's IBCL or it's other names. But if it is incorporated than it is public and we can find out the registered agent and to whom it belongs.
I know our corporation is registered in the State of Florida and we can look it up.
