Dilution is not manipulation, and everyone knows that, lol. Dilution is the CEO authorizing the issuance of shares from their TA. No one else can issue shares, except IMDS.

The only manipulation going on at IMDS is how the s/h have been manipulated by the DILUTION

The number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of September 20, 2011 was 985,468,507.

The number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of equity as of February 17, 2012: 1,458,049,852 shares of common stock,

The number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of equity as of May 18, 2012: 2,422,630,676 shares of common stock

As of August 1, 2012, there were issued and outstanding (i) 3,845,518,607 shares of our Common Stock

The number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of equity as of October 10, 2012, was 7,287,218,961.
