Not necessarily so.
Imagine a stock tethering on the edge off the stock markets. Where the buying power of a measly $ 500.000 could act as a bid and ask supplier. Did it before with MT ((now $15) surprised no one (or should I say nobody?) ever came up with that idea?

It is generally speaking never wise to do micro management as seen in several stock trading classes on (sub) penny stocks where one has invested in for fundamental reasons. (meaning a 50 bagger)
