I would think the awarded amount would be net of legal expenses... not that I have any special knowledge of any deal in progress, but it seems logical that the winner would also get their legal costs reimbursed as well.

Lawyers fees are normally paid by the losing party. So if CLYW wins against Tmobile then Tmobile pays the lawyers.
