What TV station are you watching that you see ads for hookers on?
Maybe being a Midwestern boy I'm I the dark here but I've never seen such an ad, what I have seen is ads that cost companies 100's of thousands of dollars to produce that "look" better, but their message is all the same -
"Look at our product, we are here to sell this to YOU!"
"This is where you can BUY our product!"
"This is what our product looks like, what it does for you as a consumer, and YOUR our target audience!"
I think this commercial hit all those points and guess what - it's the "freakishly" cheap ads that catch most people's attention these days because they watch them over and over and over again thinking to themselves, "wow, was that really a companies advertisement?"
But guess what......
THAT'S WHAT A COMPANY ULTIMATELY WANTS A CONSUMER TO DO!
Watch their ads repeatedly till the consume thinks to themselves, "hmm, I'm going to go check this product out and see for myself."
Cha Ching - ANOTHE SALE and if the consumer likes the product they buy more and then they tell their friends, co workers, family, etc....
Go BBDA!
