As per the last 10Q (August 7) found here the A/S is 290m, and the O/S is about 217m. I am sure the O/S has risen some from 217m, but I am not aware of any A/S increases.

This one looks attractive, but todays action was a little confusing. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
