But and my but in relation to your comments is very important because I believe that after the proxy meeting...the TRILLACORPE real deal will be DONE...along with other outstanding business combines down the road. So adding up, I am still VERY UPBEAT about ENERGY EDGE along with genuine concerns...which intelligent investors should always have...for every firm he or she invests in with MOOLA.

LOL - that's not even close to what he said, or was inferring. There is lot going on here, and there was a contingency plan put in place should the merger not culminate as was hoped.

Only a few people here are sad (they keep saying it over and over), the rest of us are happy that this is coming together soon.

Powerpak you are absolutely correct. Eedg has a horrible balance sheet with no cash to be found. All they have is interest in companies in worse financial shape than themselves hard to believe but true. Without a deal with trillacorpe this will go lower than it is already. However Campanaro already stated legally he isn't sure the deal can happen. Sad
