don't forget the FTC is knocking on google's door with a damn good case against them too, time to short google and buy VRNG imo

yes, but that assumes that VRNG wants to settle WITH them, and more and more I'm beginning to see Red Angus's and USMC's point, that tho' GOOG may want to settle, that VRNG may not want anything to do w/it, unless the figure was VERY close to what they would expect out of the jury anyway....... So, it's a two way street about who wants to settle.........
