The share price was manipulated down and there was surely panic selling due to the filing but they HAVE to file on time. There was little buying pressure and it rose too quick on little buying pressure. Now there is almost none so it's manipulated back down, easy target for shorts and those who want in for the run. They have 10 Mil in financing at their discretion, thats why they had to increase authorized shares. November, December or January, one of those 3 months is the big pop IMO who knows which though.
