"may" be "outdated" is part of a boilerplate disclaimer that matches nearly identically to the disclaimer put at the bottom of every single NYSE: SAI PR.
$8.49 COST PER BARREL BASED ON NYSE: SAI REPORT ?
That's what I calculate from the 80% yield, 75% up time in the report.
Fascinating. I had heard a false rumor thousands of times that JB had no basis to think he could make fuel for under $10 a barrel -- and it turns out NYSE: SAI did a recent audit and concluded possibly under $9?
"the conclusions drawn by SAIC were based upon a number of assumptions made at the time of the report that may be outdated or incorrect or that may prove to be incorrect in the future. Management's current assumptions may differ and additional events, risks and uncertainties may cause JBI's actual results and performance to differ from SAIC conclusions or projections.
The only BS is characterizing "may" and "may prove" as BS.
I read that disclaimer and did not see the letters "BS" or what those derogatory letters stand for anywhere. Please provide a link to where JBI says exactly that.
