Prove it. No one on this board has ever proven that shorts exist. It is all conjecture. In any event you should forget about shorts and the contract with the CXO guys, and get to business at hand which is selling the product.
Also Truck - shorting in and of itself is not illegal. Now on the matter of Invest111 not divulging that he is distantly related to CXO "buddies, I think he should be in jail for his deception to us.
