Isn't it amazing that the regulators as far as we know have conducted no investigations of how stock message boards have been and are being utilized to manipulate. This should have occured several years ago. Seems to me I recall that some regulator was going to establish a unit that did nothing but examine how the internet was utilized but I can't recall reading anything more since the announcement.
