If a deal this big is not structured correctly it would be disastrous. Don't forget the company hasn't sent out pr's during this time and there was obviously a problem. If they had come out with pr's and then found the problem it would have killed everything. Right now there is really no harm done unless someone gets scared and dumps their shares. IMO
