Quiet is very good as most often it indicates guys have sold and moved on. I believe most of the .064 stock is long gone sold in the .003 range and it will be a far more easy climb on the next go around. Generally with the lack of interest its very good everyone is sold out and there is no more stock to sell or very little left. It looks like 5m shares or less will get this back to ..058 area when the story starts to unfold.
