In the likely event that KMAG eventually trades normally again, do you wanna be selling now, or building a larger position for the day when filings start rolling in and KMAG does a SLN*?

Face it, JR is exactly the type to pop the finger to all doubters and one day simply file every last Q that is required to become OTCBB.

Rest assured, if you wait for that day, you will pay a hefty premium for a handsome position in a healthy growing RFID company!

And with JR owning 30% of the o/s, you can pretty much bet that day will come in due time, and without notice to the unbeliever.

And FWIW, I'm a believer of any CEO who rolls the a/s back, AND increase his ownership.
