Liquidity of the float at 100m?

How could that be possible? It would have had to have been true prior to the suspension of trading and there were days where it traded upwards of 30m.

Prior to the suspension, Reid was able to trade. It's possible one of the issues for the SEC has been his past trading. The Annual and Q PRs are a mess with share issuance. With Reid prohibited from trading post suspension, the liquidity of the float could be very small.

The typical previously suspended Grey has very little liquidity in the float. A Form 10 will reveal what management really owns, and the float. That's why you have the phenomena of the PPS very slowly going down, usually in steps, on very low volume. Of course the mechanics of the Grey market doesn't help either. Buyers are limited, as is dry powder.
