nonsense. further enforcement actions have happened well over a year after the suspension. it is absolutely wrong to think that because it hasn't happened already that it won't.
Funny isn't it? Since the SEC does such a "thorough" investigation before issuing a suspension, seems like they should be ready to file a suit and charges the same time they issue the suspension.
So which is it, they rushed their investigation or they didn't rush it and have found no further action against JR? I like our odds either way.
One CEO was just charged 19 months after their con was suspended. Thief Reid could be charged tomorrow or it may take a while. All depends on just how egregious his offenses were.
