it's not retail, it's debt holders. this is a big difference, since retailers don't get more shares (in conversions) at a lower price.

if debt holders want more equity they will push us down.

and if they think huge news is coming, it makes good sense to be doing exactly what they are doing. jmho.

won't it be great when mason gets a check for $8.5M and spends roughly half of it to pay off the convertible debt holders? at that point they will be holding tight, not pulling this BS on L2.
