No a .03 gain on .06 up to .09 is 50% - 3/6= .5 --- a 150% gain would be if it went up .09 to .15 because .06x1.5=.09

going from .06 to .09 is a gain of 50% not 150%.

based on the formula above

.09-.06=.03

.03/.06 is 1/2 or 50%


Doesn't take an engineering degree to figure it out.
