BOOOM. I just sent a nice long letter to the SEC at 9:31. In short, There was no public release of this latest news prior to the opening bell!. It was sent to a few select "loyal" investors.

BeBevCo doesn't know me from Jack or anyone else. I haven't done anything but sign up for their newsletter. They don't know if I am supporter or a basher. I still got their email. I'm not any more special than anyone else on here. Go BBDA!

True, it is insider info, but that is not illegal. What's illegal is trading on info (insider) that is not yet publically available. It was out pre-trading this am, so no advantage and no illegality.
