"We are currently negotiating our first big contract for MCM with a well known cannabis related company. This is a perfect fit for our shared vision to build the industry's leading Super Brand. There are a number of other businesses that are anxious to get started with us as well. We have other, established businesses that want to joint venture with us to sell their products. It is exciting times at Rapid Fire and MCM."

lazyazzdaddy, There is a well established legal reason why THC can apply, and quite possibly even be awarded the Service mark for Cannacig, and this despite the fact that RFMK was using it before--not to mention that RFMK Fraudulently PRd that they filed a trademant for Cannacig last January, worse, if THC does get the Trademark published, RFMK will have to challenge it at the USPTO, and that could prove very entertaining indeed!

Ill say it again, some idiot at RFMK decided to use a common law Trademark for Cannacig, and they opened the door to what can become some real expensive problems, as for my USPTO DD, my Sis, who is a Lawyer BTW, hooked me up with 1 of the IP Attorneys at her firm, and he has confirmed the scenario which my Sis laid out to me is very possible, you see, when my hubby was still alive, he used to hold Patents and Copyrights as collateral for the Micro Loans he provided to startups he mentored, so I'm very familiar with them as I used to have to research them, I'm not so much with trademarks, but my Sis up in Atlanta is, and it is the specific practice area of her Associate I spoke to.

As we are all here to share RFMK related DD, please feel free to correct any thing concerning the Cannacig trademark issue and USPTO which you find wrong, I can get confirmation and answers free of charge with just an email or phonecall.
