In fact KMAG was one of 16 companies that were suspended on the same day by the SEC. After 10 days all 16 were relegated to the grey sheets. I am not tracking them all, but most are still trading 2 plus weeks later. Though many are clearly on life support. All are down big time and in most cases volume is much lower than it was pre-suspension.
Because this is now on the grey sheets, no Market Maker is involved. No bid and no ask. As a result, impossible to say that those are actually buys. Go look at any suspended stock. Without a bid or an ask, all trades are classified as buys. To claim that there are more buyers than sellers in KMAG is disingenuous at best. Plus last time I checked there has to be a buyer and seller in every trade.
